We present an offer of apartments for sale in a new housing estate in Ząbki at ul. Fr. Sylwester Zych under the name RAJSKI ZAKĄTEK 2. The investment is a continuation of the RAJSKI ZAKĄTEK housing estate that we are implementing. Apartments with a usable area of 46.20 m2, located on the ground floors of houses marked on the Spatial Development Plan with numbers A1, B1, C1. For customers expecting a larger living space, we recommend apartments marked on the PZT as A2, B2, C2 located on the ground floor, first floor and attic. The premises with an area of 89.03 m2 consist of the following rooms: ground floor: vestibule; first floor: vestibule, corridor, living room with kitchenette, room, bathroom; attic: corridor, 2 rooms, bathroom, dressing room.

We designed the development of the estate area with future residents, their comfort and safety in mind. An aesthetic fence and greenery with bushes in parts intended for common use will provide you with space, and your own garden will allow you to rest and relax.

• central heating installation, including a gas furnace;

• sanitary sewage system made of PVC pipes;

• gravity ventilation; • reinforced concrete balconies;

• metal or metal-glass balustrades on balconies;

• facade made using the slightly wet method, insulated with polystyrene;

• paved sidewalks and places for garbage bins;

• developed area for shared use;

• the garden area is leveled and prepared for development by the Owners on their own;
