Paradise Corner 2 estate

 

We would like to present you another intimate housing estate from the "PARADISE" series implemented by our company in Ząbki at Sylwester Zych street. We called them PARADISE GARDENS 2.

The investment includes the construction of 6 two-unit buildings (12 apartments in total) with various usable areas, which will meet the expectations of customers with different housing needs. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, the proximity of already built housing estates and allotment gardens are a great advantage of this location. The proximity of schools, kindergartens, local shops and shopping centers, health clinics, gyms, and especially good, fast communication with Warsaw is a great convenience for future residents.

We designed the development of the estate area with future residents, their comfort and safety in mind. An aesthetic fence, squares with greenery and trees in parts intended for common use will provide you with space, and your own gardens will allow you to rest and relax. Completion of the investment is scheduled for June 2025.

Apartments with a usable area of 42.13 m2 are available for sale, located on the ground floors of buildings marked A, B and D on the Spatial Development Plan. The apartments are located next to allotment gardens on the border with Warsaw, consist of two rooms, a kitchen, a corridor, bathroom and an adjacent garden.

For customers expecting a larger living space, we recommend premises on the ground floor in buildings marked C, E, F. These premises have an area of 55.49 m2 and 52.90 m2 and consist of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a corridor, a vestibule and a garden for exclusive use.

We also offer larger premises with an area of: 82.40 m2 located on the first floor and attic in buildings marked by design as A, B and D. Large balconies will provide the opportunity to use additional space, and will allow plant lovers to pursue their gardening passions.

We also offer premises for large families with an area of: 101.10 m2 located in buildings E, F on the first floor and attic.

For customers who require much more space to meet their living needs, we have prepared one apartment in the building C area 122.31 m2 located on floors 1 and 2. The premises are equipped with spacious balconies overlooking the greenery of the allotment gardens and the panorama of Warsaw.

The price of each apartment includes two parking spaces in the estate.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we would also like to inform you that we have designed large premises in such a way that it is possible to separate two independent apartments on each floor. They can be used for two friendly families, as well as investments for rent or for the future of children.

 

The apartments will be handed over to customers in developer condition:

• buildings built using traditional methods;

• roof covered with sheet metal or flat roof;

• external window sills made of coated sheet metal;

• internal walls and ceilings (excluding the attic ceiling) finished with machine-made gypsum plaster;

• cement screeds;

• triple-glazed PVC windows (tilt and tilt);

• roof windows in accordance with the design;

• exterior doors;

• floor heating;

• internal installations: plumbing, electrical, sewage, telecommunications - each installation without white assembly;

• 230V flush-mounted electrical installation - number of sockets and their location according to. diagram, three-phase power supply to the heating plate (without white assembly);

• telecommunications installation: intercom;

• water supply installation - distribution of cold and hot water through PVC pipes, connections to sanitary receivers - without white installation;

• central heating installation, including a gas furnace;

• sanitary sewage system made of PVC pipes;

• gravity ventilation;

• reinforced concrete balconies;

• facade made using the light-wet method with polystyrene;

• pedestrian routes, paved parking spaces;

• pre-developed area for shared use;

• the garden area is leveled and prepared for development by clients on their own;

• estate fence and gate opened by remote control.

The estate will be equipped with running water and municipal sewage, electricity, gas and optical fiber.
